The first thing you have to do is take care of your brain. The second is to extricate yourself from this whole system of indoctrination.

Then you come to the point where you read the first page of the LA Times and you can immediately see all the lies and distortions, and you can put it all in a rational framework.

To do that, you have to recognize that the state, the corporations, the media, and so on, regard you as an enemy. So you have to learn to defend yourself. If we had a real education system, there would be courses in intellectual self-defense.
